Get to Know Jacob
When Jacob first came to Spark, he had recently left university and felt unsure about what direction to take. Without a clear career plan, he was close to simply following the same path as his friends, rather than pursuing something that suited his own interests and potential.
Through one to one support, Spark helped Jacob take a step back and explore his options. We worked with him to build confidence, consider different career pathways, and recognise that opportunities were available beyond what he initially thought possible. Jacob approached each opportunity with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn, which quickly became key to his progress.
