Sparking Pathways
Sparking Pathways is an eight-week employability programme designed specifically for 18–21 year olds with SEND who face barriers to work.
Delivered at a pace that works for you, the programme focuses on building confidence, developing practical employability skills and helping you understand the world of work in a supportive environment.
Across eight engaging sessions you’ll learn how to create a CV, complete job applications, prepare for interviews, improve your communication skills, understand workplace rights and behaviours, manage your money, develop teamwork skills and prioritise your wellbeing.
To make taking part as easy as possible, we provide free lunch, travel passes and a team away day. Complete all eight sessions and you’ll receive a £50 gift voucher to recognise your commitment.
