Launchpad
Launchpad is our flagship employability programme for 16–24 year olds who are actively looking for work. Built around an 10-step passport-style journey, you can complete the sessions in any order, allowing you to focus on the areas that matter most to you.
Whether you’re creating a standout CV, preparing for interviews, building your confidence or learning how to search for jobs more effectively, every session is practical, engaging and designed to help you move closer to employment.
Along the way you’ll meet local employers, explore enterprise opportunities, improve your money management skills, discover ways to gain valuable experience and access additional support to help remove barriers to work.

Who is this for?
Launchpad is for 16–24 year olds who are actively seeking employment.
When does it take place?
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (times vary).
What will I learn?
Topics include goal setting, CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, mock interviews, confidence building, budgeting, enterprise, gaining experience and meeting employers.
How long does it last?
Launchpad consists of 11 individual sessions which can be completed in any order at your own pace.
Does it cost anything?
No. Launchpad is completely free to attend.
